the chestnuts was a lovely stay! my superior double room was spacious with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. the best part was the friendly hosts who gave directions to my work event. it's only a 10-minute walk to the city center. They offer a great selection of spa treatments.

Immaculate, well-equipped room with a comfortable bed. Excellent shower with a good selection of tea, coffee, and biscuits in the room. A delightful lemon tart replaced by shortbread on the second day.
Breakfast options boast impressive variety, but personal preferences like yogurt with muesli didn't appear on the menu. Stay felt too short, leaving one wishing for a few more nights.

We had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was to die for, everything cooked to order and especially the fresh fruit salad was a standout.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but we felt it was worth it.
